25th Reunion - Class Gift

1992 25th Reunion Class Gift

Traditionally, the college has relied upon each 25th reunion class as the cornerstone of alumni giving. This year our 25th Reunion Class Gift is part of the Williams Teach It Forward campaign and our 25th reunion gifts will also count as campaign gifts in supporting the most important priorities of the college. Our 25th Reunion Class Gift has two parts: the Alumni Fund and the Class of 1992 Tutorial.  See the class gift brochure here.

Alumni Fund

As we do every year, we’re asking you to make a gift to the Alumni Fund, which supports Williams’ most urgent current needs. We owe Williams’ existence and its excellence to the support of alumni. Our time at Williams was supported by the generations of alumni who came before us, and now it is our turn to support the students of today and tomorrow, ensuring that the best and brightest students have access to a world-class Williams education. Together, our collective influence will help shape the Williams of the 21st century. In this milestone year, we ask you to make your largest gift ever to the Alumni Fund, and to consider a multi-year pledge of future giving.

Additionally, for the first time, we’ll have the chance to come together as a class and present our alma mater with a gift from all of us that will last in perpetuity and be our class legacy. So we also ask for your generous support of the Class of 1992 Tutorial, an endowed class gift that will allow the college to offer a signature tutorial to ten students every year, with the topic changing year-to-year. The Class of 1992 Tutorial will give first year students greater access to transformational classes as early as possible in their Williams career – nearly replicating one student at one end of a log and Mark Hopkins on the other — and thereby enhancing their entire educational experience at Williams.  Click here to learn more about tutorials at Williams.

How You Can Help

We ask that you help us make this milestone reunion a success by making a gift to the Alumni Fund and to the Class of 1992 Tutorial. Be it a one-time gift or a five-year pledge, the 25th Reunion is one of only two times that we can make a collective gift to Williams. You can make your gift online now or if you’re interested in making a five-year pledge, complete and submit the 1992 Statement of Intent to Beth Reynolds, Director of the 25th Reunion Program, 75 Park Street, Williamstown, MA  01267 or fax to 413-597-4039.

For questions about making a five-year pledge or any other questions about gifts in honor of the 25th Reunion, please call the college at 413-597-4208; or send an email to [email protected].

Thank you for your support of the Class of ’92 efforts!
