End of Fund Year Updates (Class of 2015)

Good afternoon Class of 2015,

In the spirit of transparency, we wanted to share some updates regarding the Alumni Fund and the class agent team.

Every year, the class agent team works to raise money to build the Alumni Fund, which contributes to faculty salary, provides assistance with financial aid, and now makes senior week free for all students. Together, alumni from all classes raised a total of over $12 million dollars for the college so far this year.

We also kicked off the “Buy The Book” initiative to make sure that donors to the Alumni Fund better understand the tangible improvements their gift has on the Williams student experience.

Class of 2015’s contributions as a class:

Fund Year Money Raised # of Participants
2015 $5,879.00 343
2016 $5,319.00 163
2017 $6,409.00 188 (so far)

In 2018, we’re looking to raise between $7,000-$8,000 with contributions from 250 members of our class. We’re setting this ambitious goal in preparation for our 5-year reunion in two years (yikes).

We want to hear from you. If you have feedback for the class agents or want to volunteer for the Class of 2015, please feel free to send an email to any of the Head Agents.

The Alumni Fund cycle closes on June 30th. If you’d like to be part of our class’s efforts before the new fiscal year, you can do so here.

Have a great weekend,
Head Agents
